ResourceMFG is currently helping a local company to fill their TIG welder position.  Must be able to weld sheet metal .16 gauge.  This position is located in the Brown Summit area!!

Job Description for the TIG Welder Include:

•  85%TIG and 15% MIG.

The company make industrial ovens that will hold racks of meat and cook 8,000 to 10,000lbs of meat.

Looking for someone who has welded sheet metal, stainless steal, and aluminum. This is a small laid back company looking for good experienced TIG welders with more than 2years of experience.

We are looking for a brake press operator for a manufacturer in Browns Summit. Manual loading dies in the Machine versus automated. Operator will need to know how to write own program versus automated. Then load the dies in the machine.

Currently seeking electrical assembly who can wire cables, currents read schematics, blueprints, cable box wiring, knows electrical. Company makes industrial ovens that can hold racks of meat.

Must have knowledge of wiring in tight cable box housings. These components make the ovens operator properly. Location: Brown Summit

• 2nd Shift - Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:30pm  $19hr

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for the Assembly Technician position:

• Ability to measure to 1/16th of an inch Electrical wire and cable routing skills and the understanding of standard wiring workmanship as it pertains to quality Proficiency using a crimping tool, stripping tool; and multimeter as well as hand tools such as wrenches, rachets, torque wrenches)
• Ability to mark and tag components, wiring, and connections to identify circuits and assemblies Ability to use power tools such grinders, drills, and impact guns Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices Ability to read/execute electrical schematics and/or drawings, and engineering sketches Ability to learn and understand torque values and how they correspond to components
• Ability to learn to drill and tap holes, crimps, screws, bolts, rivets, mount control units, and to provide openings for elements, wiring, and instruments using hand and power tools, machines, and equipment
• Ability to carefully check own work for correctness and completion as specified by instructions, drawings and specifications. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to coordinate daily tasks with others to align priorities for smooth assembly operations Must have troubleshooting skills Attention to details

Essential Functions for the Assembly Technician Position:

• Assemble all of the large mechanical components of a generator
• Assemble PowerGen from the setting of mechanical components to the final wiring of the electrical components.
• Reference engineering documents to guide them in the assembling of the mechanical parts and the wiring of the controls and house power.
• Put all the large mechanical components of a Generator in proper place. Mount Genset on its skid using correct hardware and meeting torque requirements Mount all stands to skid (ECC, GBC, SCR, disconnect) and setting said components in place.
• Connect exhaust parts and install them using correct hardware, gaskets and meeting all torque requirements. Make load cables using correct gauge cable, lug, and proper crimp Make CAN harnesses, fuel line and block heater hose Read/ understand electrical drawing of both house power and communication wiring, properly landing/ labeling wiring in both TCC/ECC and house power panel Install all phases of load cables, bend install conduit and assemble def pumps, solenoids, and complex def systems. 
• An Assembly tech 2 will be responsible for mounting Genset on its skid using correct hardware and meeting torque requirements, mounting all stands to skid ( ECC, GBC, SCR,disconnect) and setting said components in place also connecting exhaust parts and installing using correct hardware, gaskets and meeting all torque requirements. This position will also be responsible for making load cables using correct gauge cable, lug and proper crimp, making CAN harnesses, fuel line and block heater hose.
