We are seeking a hands-on, dependable individual with a strong background in physical, trade-based work. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is comfortable standing and moving throughout the day, and takes pride in building and creating tangible results.

Our production environment is more similar to construction than traditional manufacturing, so ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined, comfortable using power tools, and experienced in assembling, building, or installing products or structures.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $18.25 per hour

Day Shift: Monday-Friday 7am -3:30pm

Job Summary: ResourceMFG is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Cherry Picker Forklift Associate to join our team. In this role, you will operate a cherry picker forklift to move, stack, and organize products within our warehouse. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate inventory handling and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down/stand-up cherry picker forklifts to retrieve and store products at various heights
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Previous experience operating a cherry picker forklift
• Valid Forklift certification
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work at heights.
