ResourceMFG is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a temp to hire opportunity in Aurora!

2nd Shift: 4:30 pm to 2:15 am Monday through Friday

Pay: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience

• Operates within one or more area(s) in a continuous flow manufacturing process executing prescribed repetitive processes to meet production and quality standards
• Performs routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on equipment
• Process Areas: Coiling, Foam Encasement, Assembly, Gluing, Sewing, Borders, Quilting, Closing and Packing
• Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products per specified standards
• Monitors the process using meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications
• Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment
• Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment
• Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials

The Maintenance Associate – Facilities is responsible to clean and maintain order in the warehouse, offices, lunchroom and bathroom area

•  Empties all trash cans daily
•  Vacuums carpeting in the offices, halls and bullpen areas
•  Dusts as required
•  Cleans glass doors and windows
•  Assists with snow removal
•  Cleans bathrooms, mops or vacuums as required as well as replenishes paper products
•  Any other general cleaning duties needed in all office areas

ResourceMFG is hiring a Production Associate for a temp to hire opportunity in Montrose!

2nd Shift: 3:15 pm to 1:45 am Monday through Thursday

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Position is an entry-level position within the manufacturing area, primarily responsible for performing weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department. Ensures the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost and meets customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with client policies and procedures.

• Get job assignments from production board and collect batch tickets
• Collect ingredients from allocation for the orders
• Put dry ingredients into tumbler to semi-mix color, and then transfer material to manualized mixer so material is completely dispersed together. Or mix liquid color for prescribed time until the batch is completely mixed.
• Provide a sample and the batch ticket to quality control
• Make any corrections and remix if deemed so by quality control
• For dry color: Make labels for the order with the proper lot number and color information and apply to bags and packing boxes, put product in bags to required weight, remove air from bags and seal bags with heat sealer and package all bags in Labeled Ziploc bags and pack them into shipping boxes, secure them and place on pallet for shipping.
• For liquid color: Make labels for the order with the proper lot number and color information and apply to bottles and packing boxes, put product in bottles to required weight, put caps on bottles ensuring they are tight and secure, apply QC sticker over cap to ensure warranty protection and package all bottles in boxes, secure them and place on pallet for shipping
• Ensure all paperwork is complete before moving order to shipping
• Move completed orders to the assigned areas for shipping
• Maintain a safe and clean work space
• Must adhere to all safety policies and wear personal protective equipment
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Preferred forklift experience
• Flexibility in shifts is a plus
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb through entire shift
• Ability to lift items over 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 200 lbs. with the aid of equipment

• Wash product in a wash basin scrubbing material and then put in a dryer
• Work the laser etching machine where components are put into the machine and a program is run based on the design needed for that item
• Assemble boxes for shipping
• Work with plastic bags making sure they are free from defect and then applying a sticker to them
• Some light janitorial work consists of mainly sweeping floors and wiping counters

• Ability to cross train in multiple departments
• Ability to operate a computer system
• Ability to stand for entire shift
