We have multiple openings for Production and Warehouse Workers in Cookeville for multiple shifts!

No experience?  No problem!!  No previous Warehouse, Production, or Manufacturing experience needed for most roles!

Pay Rate: $14 -$17/hr.

Monday - Thursday - 6am-4:30pm  (40 hour work week with 3 day weekends!)

Monday - Thursday - 5pm-3:30am  (40 hour work week with 3 day weekends!)

Weekend Shift - Friday -Sunday 6am-6:30pm

Responsibilities for Warehouse and Production workers include:

• Able to stand and walk for 10-12 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely completion of work orders

• Lead, train, and motivate production team members to meet productivity and quality goals

• Monitor workflow, adjust staffing as needed, and resolve production issues promptly

• Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments to optimize operations

• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive production environment

• At least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices is a plus

Schedule:

• Full-time, Day Shift (Monday through Friday, occasional weekends as needed)

Compensation:

• Salary starting at $65,000 annually, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
