Pay: $18 to $24 per hour based on Experience
Shift: 8am to 5pm, 7am to 4pm, 3pm to Midnight (This job is not eligible to be done remote.)
Here are some responsibilities of a dispatcher:
- Receive calls: Dispatchers answer and record all calls, including emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Coordinate information: Dispatchers communicate vital information, such as customer orders, service requests, and emergency alerts.
- Coordinate resources: Dispatchers coordinate the deployment of appropriate assets.
- Monitor routes: Dispatchers monitor routes, driver logs, and weather reports.
- Provide logistics: Dispatchers coordinate with customers regarding the delivery status of products and provide logistics and transportation routes.
- Address problems: Dispatchers proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
- Advise personnel: Dispatchers advise personnel about traffic problems, such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, or other hazards.
- Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered
- Providing shipping details to customers
- Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes, and times for pickups and deliveries
- Overseeing the route of field units and tracking delivery status of products

Job Functions:
- Work safely and within the guidelines of the Sanitation and Q. A. Department to efficiently grade, pack and box ground beef patties to meet White Castle specifications and U.S.D.A. requirements.
- To work safely grading and straightening the ground beef patties as they come from the slicer to insure the wholesomeness of our product.
- To grade and pack the correct number of patty layers in a box.
- Compile and verify the correct number of boxes packed and report it to the supervisor.

Duties:

- Comply with all documentation of quality inspection sheets, ICARE, etc.
