Position Summary:

Responsible for issuance, review and maintenance of all batch records.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Receive, understand and follow all written and oral instructions
• Communicate all concerns and other work related issues to Supervisor/Manager.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety and attendance requirements.
• Complete all paperwork and maintain all files associated with the position.
• Participate in performance improvement measures and tasks. Recommends improvements.
• Participate in training and is accountable for learning the material and information.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
• Issues batch records based on requests from Planning.
• Must assign a sequential lot number and record in the Finished Product log.
• Fills out component requirements for all batch records.
• Reviews all finished batch records for completeness and accuracy.
• Responsible for ensuring that any corrections or omissions are taken care of in a timely manner.
• After release by the QA Supervisor/Manager, ensures that the Shipping Department is notified that the product is released for Distribution.
• Issue release stickers to QC for application to approved product.
• Keep all files in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Any additional projects assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in batch making
• Previous experience in GMP regulated setting
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, walk for entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 or more pounds
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
