Machinists Description: 

• Assists with the setup, operation, and adjustment of conventional or automatic machines .
• Works from drawings and written instructions to create replacement and new parts in making repairs to metal parts as well as for experimental apparatus or prototype equipment.
• Reads CNC programs.
• Work is routine and machining is performed to ordinary tolerances.

Job Requirements:

• Requires basic knowledge of various metals and of measurements used in machining processes. 
• Ability to read CNC programs 
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hr shifts

Lab Tech with Quality Control

Must have Lab experience 

Initiates action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system. 

Identifies and records and problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Tests and approves raw materials
• Tests, adjusts, and approves production batches.
• Prepares batch cards for productions.
• Maintains testing records, batch cards, logs, and retains samples as required.
• Reviews production schedule to maximize efficiency.
• Performs other lab related duties as requested by supervisor.
• Make pail labels

Job Requirements

• Minimum 12 months relevant Material Handler experience
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic Math
• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of WMS systems
• Experience on Forklift or other industrial equipment

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and documentation of deliveries, inventory and supplies
• Inspection of product
• Storing, moving, and managing materials
• Experience in MSDS documentation, a plus
