ResourceMFG has an exciting opportunity for a Transaction Control Coordinator located in the Tampa, FL 33619 Area!

Experience is required:

SUMMARY

The Transaction Control Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, integrity and timely processing of transactional data within the manufacturing environment. This role supports inventory, production and cable cut.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor, validate, and process manufacturing transactions including production postings, inventory movements, material issues, receipts, and adjustments.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded in the ERP in accordance with company policies.
• Review transactional data for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Coordinate and reconcile inventory transactions related to raw materials, Work in Process, and finished goods.
• Maintain audit trails and supporting documentation for all transactions.
• Work closely with Production and Warehouse to resolve transactional issues.
• Act as a point of contact for transaction – related questions and system issues.

 Pay: $17 - $18

This is a 1st Shift opportunity with training between the hours of 5AM-5PM. Exact schedule to be decided upon completion of training

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory flows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Hours:  Monday – Friday 1st shift. 

Location: Tampa Bay: located inside of Sable Park

ResourceMFG is currently seeking a dedicated Group Lead to join a local manufacturer in the Tampa 33619 area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a dynamic work environment.

Pay $16 -$18/hr.  

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention and support to associates on the production floor.
• Distribute work assignments, address inquiries, and monitor accuracy and quality for fiber optic cable assemblers.
• Generate daily reports and maintain order tracking systems on the production floor.
• Collaborate closely with the production manager to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Translate documents and emails from English to Spanish and vice versa.
• Utilize computer skills to facilitate job duties effectively.

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Proficiency in reading and translating English documents and emails.
• Computer literate with the ability to operate necessary software.
• Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
