ResourceMFG has an exciting opportunity for Warehouse Packers – Tampa Bay Area – 1st Shift

A company dedicated to the manufacturing and assembly of fiber optic cables is seeking Packers for the first shift. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in physical labor and handling heavy materials.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday

• 5AM - 1:30PM

Pay Rate

$16.50 per hour

Job Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, as cables are handled on heavy spools.
• Good physical condition to perform active work throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to follow instructions
• Packing and palletizing heavy freight
• Availability to work overtime when needed.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, production, or other physically demanding jobs is highly desirable, but not required

Location: Tampa Bay: located inside of Sabal Park

ResourceMFG is currently seeking a dedicated Group Lead to join a local manufacturer in the Tampa 33619 area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a dynamic work environment. Pay $18 - $20 per hour 3PM-12AM

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention and support to associates on the production floor.
• Distribute work assignments, address inquiries, and monitor accuracy and quality for fiber optic cable assemblers.
• Generate daily reports and maintain order tracking systems on the production floor.
• Collaborate closely with the production manager to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Translate documents and emails from English to Spanish and vice versa.
• Utilize computer skills to facilitate job duties effectively.

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Proficiency in reading and translating English documents and emails.
• Computer literate with the ability to operate necessary software.
• Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
