Position Summary

As a Machine Operator, you will work in a manufacturing environment producing die-cut components. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay productive throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and die-cutting equipment
• Monitor machine performance and product quality
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Learn and operate multiple machines as training progresses
• Support team production goals and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
