Job Opening: Forklift Operator Trainee

ResourceMFG Hiring Forklift Operator Trainees!

Training Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM for 3-6 weeks

Regular Schedule: 5:45 PM – 5:45 AM, 3 days on/3 days off

Pay: $18.50/hr during training, then $19.38/hr

Start your career in material handling and warehouse operations! Operate forklifts and assist with the safe movement, storage, and distribution of materials while gaining skills and advancement opportunities through tier progression.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials
• Supply production areas with materials
• Complete equipment inspections and report issues
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude/troubleshooting skills helpful
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
