CNC Machinist

Location: Willowbrook, TX

We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating CNC equipment, reading engineering drawings, performing precision inspections, and producing high-quality parts that meet specifications and tolerances.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform part inspections using precision measuring and inspection tools.
• Verify completed parts meet drawing specifications and quality standards.
• Select, install, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, tooling, and materials required for machining operations.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Monitor machine operations to identify malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct trial runs to verify machine setups and programmed data before production.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating and setting up CNC machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and tolerances.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
