Forklift / Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Rogers, MN
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Rogers, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is comfortable handling oversized materials while supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move oversized products throughout the facility.
Utilize fork extensions in tight warehouse environments while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
Accurately process inventory transactions and material movements.
Utilize ERP software for inventory and shipping functions (preferred).
Support additional warehouse and material handling duties as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience handling oversized products.
Experience using fork extensions in confined or tight warehouse spaces.
Shipping and receiving experience preferred.
ERP software experience is a plus.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Willingness to assist with various warehouse tasks beyond forklift operation.
