Job Opening: Production Supervisor

Production supervisor needed for premier employer in St. Clair County.

This role will schedule work, assist with employee selection, review employee performance, administer plant policies, and trains employees. Responsible for productivity and operations management to the extent that it falls within department control.

Supervises production employees in a designated area and is responsible for maintaining positive employee relations together with discipline, safety, and general supervision of employees.

Accountable for specified quantity, quality and cost of product within material specifications and labor standards.

Supervisory experience is required.
