Job Opening: Storeroom Assistant

Resource MFG has immediate openings for experienced Storeroom Attendants in Grand Rapids, MI!! This is a temp to hire opportunity with a company that supplies manufacturing companies with tools, safety equipment, and other industrial products needed to keep their operations running smoothly.

Morning Shift Mon-Fri 6am-230pm

Pay $20.00/hr.

• Main duties will be assisting lead Storeroom Attendants with putting product in appropriate areas, unboxing new materials.
• This is a new plant, these workers will be assisting with getting the plant ready for business.
• May assist with issuing parts and materials at crib window.
• May assist with inventory and cycle counting down the line.
• Customer service skills required
• Computer skills required
• Will be lifting up to 30 pounds regularly
• Unloads, receives and puts away incoming product, goods, tools and/or equipment; unpacks bales, crates, and other containers; checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Accurately sorts, labels, moves and stores items; places material or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size.
