Seasonal Kitting Associate

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Position Type: Seasonal

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Seasonal Kitting Associates to support high-volume order fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for assembling product kits, scanning items, verifying order accuracy, labeling packages, and preparing completed kits for shipment. Accuracy is critical, as associates will work from customer orders and specifications to ensure every kit is assembled correctly and delivered on time.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assemble and package product kits according to customer specifications
• Scan products and verify correct items and quantities are included in each kit
• Apply shipping and product labels accurately
• Review labels and order details to ensure accuracy
• Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
• Seal completed packages and prepare them for shipment
• Place finished orders onto pallets/skids for distribution
• Maintain accurate production and order records through scanning systems
• Follow work instructions and quality standards at all times
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English for order verification and label review
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow written instructions and assembly procedures
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse, kitting, assembly, fulfillment, or packaging experience is highly preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands for scanning, labeling, assembling, and packaging
• Ability to lift and move items up to 10 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
