Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Looking for a stable manufacturing opportunity with weekends off? We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to join our injection molding team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking pride in producing quality products. Injection molding experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple injection molding machines
• Inspect parts and identify quality defects
• Sort and separate defective products
• Package finished products according to specifications
• Move materials, crates, and production supplies
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Assist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or production experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay focused
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment
