Final Assembly Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift

1st Shift: 6:00 AM-4:30 PM | $20.00/hour
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM | $21.50/hour
Monday-Friday

Are you mechanically inclined and like working with your hands? Put those skills to work as a Final Assembly Technician with a growing manufacturing team in Durham.

You’ll work on finished products using blueprints, hand and power tools, mechanical components, and basic electrical assembly.

Responsibilities

• Complete mechanical and electrical assembly
• Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools safely and accurately
• Inspect and test completed assemblies
• Troubleshoot and report assembly or quality issues
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Keep your work area clean and organized

Qualifications

• 1+ year of assembly, manufacturing, construction, automotive, mechanical, or similar hands-on experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Blueprint or technical drawing experience preferred
• Electrical or wiring experience is a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
