Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rotational molding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load raw materials into molds according to production specifications.
• Remove finished products from molds and perform quality inspections.
• Trim, clean, and prepare molded products for packaging or shipment.
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or roto molding experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
