A large manufacturing company is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Compounders to join its 3rd Shift team. This position is responsible for preparing and blending raw materials according to manufacturing formulas while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

🕒 Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM

💲 Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

? Set up and prepare equipment for product compounding and manufacturing operations.

? Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to production formulas and batch records.

? Perform compounding operations under the guidance of senior compounders and production leadership.

? Learn and follow batch formulas, including mixing instructions, heating and cooling processes, and operation of specialized manufacturing equipment.

? Verify raw materials prior to use and ensure ingredients match batch specifications.

? Understand various chemicals, ingredients, and container types used in the manufacturing process.

Previous manufacturing, compounding, blending, batching, or production experience preferred

Ability to accurately measure and weigh ingredients
