Job Opening: Reconciliation Tech

Large Manufacturing is looking for a Reconciliation Tech

Shift Hours: 6am – 2:30pm

Days: Monday – Friday (Saturdays)

·        Promotes a safe working environment and adheres to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, company safety rules, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) at all times.

·        Adheres to all procedures and processes in order to be GDP compliant.

·        Ensures that all warehouse documents and packing slips are completed without discrepancies and GDP compliant.

·        Ensures that all routers, line clearance check lists, line change overs/setups and production documents are completed without discrepancies and GDP compliant

·        Reviews accuracy of component transactions using automated system, QAD.

·        Verifies inventory accuracy for component staging locations in building one when needed.

·        Performs component reconciliation – this includes count verifications on components and finished goods, label verifications, packer/pallet inspection, and return transactions. Request component adjustments from Inventory Control by sending them a negative component report three times a week.

·        Investigates WO and inventory discrepancies on components and finished goods.

·        High School Diploma or GED

·        Must have minimum 1-year experience in reconciliation or related role.
