Job Opening: Mechanical Assembler Type 1

Mechanical Assembler Type 1 – Broomfield, CO

Pay: $21 – $22/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7am to 3:30pm

We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers to support a busy manufacturing operation producing air-pressure equipment. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read technical documentation, and hands-on experience with assembly tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and major assemblies for air-pressure equipment

• Use hand tools and pneumatic tools to complete assembly tasks

• Read and work from schematics, technical drawings, and operational method sheets (OMS)

• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately

• Make minor adjustments or changes to prints and parts when required

• Use an iPad and basic computer applications during assembly

• Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure proper fit and function

• Inspect own work for accuracy and verify each installation against the OMS

• Adhere to all company quality, safety, and environmental policies

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Experience working with hand tools and pneumatic tools

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and OMS documentation

• Mechanical and/or electrical assembly skills

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy

• Basic computer skills; comfortable using an iPad

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

• Attention to detail and consistency

• Must be able to bend, lift, stand, and move throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain quality standards

• Ability to work independently and in a manufacturing environment

• Strong work ethic and dependability
