Order Processor / Shipping Associate – $20.00/Hour

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift Options:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Processor / Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders using shipping software such as FedEx and UPS, verifying order accuracy, packaging products, and preparing shipments for delivery.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring customers receive the correct products on time. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with computers and shipping systems. Depending on business needs, this role may also assist with picking orders in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using shipping platforms such as FedEx and UPS.
• Verify orders for accuracy before shipment.
• Package products securely for shipment.
• Weigh and measure packages to ensure accurate shipping information.
• Print and apply shipping labels.
• Inspect orders and documentation for completeness and quality.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in company systems.
• Assist with order picking and warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow established shipping procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately verify products, quantities, weights, and shipping information.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift products throughout the shift.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, order processing, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with FedEx, UPS, or other shipping systems is a plus.
