Rotating Mondays Required

 

$20.50 per hour

Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is responsible for moving pallets to designated staging areas, organizing inventory, and separating damaged pallets from reusable pallets.

 

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and experienced operating forklifts in a warehouse setting. This role requires working both independently and as part of a team to maintain efficient pallet flow and warehouse organization.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Operate a forklift to move pallets throughout the warehouse and staging areas

• Move pallets to designated storage and shipping locations

• Sort pallets based on quality and condition standards

• Separate damaged pallets from reusable inventory

• Stack and organize new and used pallets efficiently

• Inspect pallets for damage and defects

• Maintain accurate pallet counts and inventory organization

• Load and unload pallet inventory as needed

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Conduct daily equipment inspections prior to operation

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with additional warehouse and yard duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

 

• Forklift experience required

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Ability to work independently and on a team

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Steel toe boots required

• Ability to work in varying warehouse and outdoor conditions

 

Physical Requirements

 

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting

• Repetitive movement throughout
