Job Opening: Electrical/wiring 2nd

We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Electrical Wiring Associate to join a manufacturing team in El Paso. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems according to engineering specifications and production standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can read basic wiring diagrams, and is committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include assembling electrical harnesses and components, routing and connecting wires, using hand and power tools, performing quality inspections, following work instructions, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. Team members will work closely with production and quality personnel to ensure products meet company and customer requirements.

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Employment Type: Temporary

Candidates should have previous manufacturing, assembly, or electrical wiring experience preferred but not required. Must be able to read and follow written work instructions, wiring diagrams, and assembly procedures. The ability to use basic hand tools, work with small components, and maintain high quality standards is essential.

Applicants must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are required.
