Resource MFG is looking for Assembly Associates in Weirton WV

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

$16.00 – $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist on the production line within the assembly area
• Feed materials and components into equipment for processing
• Inspect products to ensure quality and conformance to specifications
• Remove damaged or defective materials from the production line
• Mark and identify parts as required
• Read and interpret gauges and production indicators
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain consistent productivity to meet daily production goals
• Produce high-quality work while following established procedures
• Follow instructions from supervisors and line leaders
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented assembly environment
• Lift and move boxes of finished goods as needed

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; training provided
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work a full 40-hour work week
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Willingness to learn assembly processes and procedures
