Machine Operator – Manufacturing & Production

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Assignment: 11-month contract with potential for permanent placement
Schedule: Wednesday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM, and Thursday through Saturday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or
      Sunday through Tuesday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Wednesday from 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
ResourceMFG is currently recruiting for motivated Machine Operators to join an assembly team on the southeast side of Tucson. Whether you are experienced or looking to expand your skills, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate automatic and conventional production machinery safely and efficiently.
Perform quality checks on parts to ensure compliance with company standards.
Measure, track, and record quality data accurately.
Adapt quickly to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Read, understand, and strictly follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
At least one (1) year of previous machine operating or mechanical machine experience is preferred, but not required—WE WILL TRAIN!
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
