Responsibilities
• Inspect and sort product according to specifications
• Identify and remove defective materials
• Report quality concerns to leadership
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team production goals
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds regularly
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks safely
Schedule
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime may be available
