The Production Operator will be responsible for building, assembling, and inspecting units and components according to established procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate has good manual dexterity, can follow detailed instructions, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and final products according to work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Handle and install circuit boards, processors, memory, power supplies, and other electronic parts with care and precision
· Perform visual inspections and functional checks to ensure quality and proper assembly
· Use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment as needed
· Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures and handle components in compliance with handling guidelines
· Identify and report any defective parts, assembly issues, or deviations from standards
· Work closely with team leads and quality inspectors to maintain production goals and product quality
· Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with 5S and Lean practices
· Meet daily and weekly production targets and support continuous improvement efforts
