Shifts Available: All 3 Shifts

Pay Rate: $16.75 – $17.25 per hour (based on shift differential)

Detroit Automotive Technologies is hiring Automotive Production Workers to join our team! We have immediate openings across all 3 shifts to fit your lifestyle. In this role, you will help assemble and manufacture high-quality automotive components in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and assembly equipment safely.

• Assemble automotive parts according to detailed work instructions.

• Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctual attendance.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Prior production, factory, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
