Entry-Level Warehouse Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations while helping coordinate workflow and maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Verify order accuracy and assist with inventory control processes.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Prepare and assist with local deliveries, including customer communication and route planning.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet customer needs and support business operations.
• Assist in coordinating daily warehouse activities and serve as a resource for team members.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
