Job Opening: Celo/Trident Fasteners – Sort Operator

Immediate job opening in Kentwood for Machine Operation.

Shift: days Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p

Pay: $20/hr.

Heading is a metal manufacturing process where wire or metal stock is shaped at room temperature using high-pressure dies and punches. It’s commonly used to make fasteners and precision parts. A cold head operator runs and maintains the machines that perform this process.

Responsibilities: ·      

• Load wire into machine
• Change used tooling when worn or broken.
• Finish heading production orders on time.
• Label headed semi-products and move them to relevant areas.
• Achieve the quality target
• Quality control of manufactured products and inform Quality dpt. if deviations
• Other jobs assigned by the superior.
