Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Helper to support warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, and occasional delivery assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners
- Verify orders for accuracy against invoices and pick tickets
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Organize and replenish inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with occasional deliveries to contractor and construction job sites
- Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus
