• Perform welding repairs and modifications on production jigs and fixtures.
• Inspect jigs daily to ensure they meet quality and production requirements.
• Restore damaged or non-conforming fixtures to customer specifications.
• Fabricate prototype fixtures, storage racks, and production support equipment.
• Proactively identify and implement fixture improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain documentation related to jig cleaning, maintenance, and repair schedules.
• Ensure fixtures are available and ready to support production schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S principles.
• Promote a safe work environment and follow all company safety standards.
