We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Power Tool Assemblers. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing a quality product.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble power tools according to established work instructions and quality standards
- Work efficiently on a high-volume assembly line
- Meet hourly production and quality goals
- Use hand tools and components with accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
Qualifications:
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to stand and remain active for an 8-hour shift
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is required.
