Shift: 1^st M-F, 7am-330pm; Day 10 Su-W, 5am-330pm; N10 Su-W, 3pm-130am

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00

Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. No manufacturing experience is required. We provide training for individuals who are eager to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.

In this role, you will assemble and test products, operate manufacturing equipment, maintain quality standards, and support daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to written and verbal work instructions.
• Perform hand, mechanical, and automated assembly operations.
• Test products to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, including:
• Hot plate welders
• Ultrasonic welders
• Automated production systems
• Basic computer-controlled equipment
• Enter and maintain production data electronically or by hand.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to learn manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
