Job Opening: 2nd Shift Welder

Immediate openings in Union City for Welders.

Shift: evenings Monday-Friday 3pm-1:30am

Pay: $18.00/hr.-$21.50/hr. depending on experience

• Perform MIG welding on steel components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, work orders, and production drawings.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and related tools.
• Inspect welded assemblies and completed products for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Measure, cut, position, and fit metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Grind, clean, and finish welded surfaces as needed.
• Follow established welding procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company safety standards.
• Identify and report equipment issues, material defects, or production concerns.
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
