Wiring Associate – Schneider Electric (West El Paso, TX)

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

Schneider Electric is seeking a detail-oriented Wiring Associate to join our manufacturing team in West El Paso, TX. The Wiring Associate is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and assemblies while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire electrical components according to work instructions, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Route, connect, and secure wires, cables, and electrical parts.
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and correct minor wiring or assembly issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous wiring, electrical assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
