Put your skills to the test and make your mark with us. Job Requirements:•  Act as the designated spotter for crane operations to ensure safe movement of loads •  Maintain constant visual contact with the load, crane, and surrounding environment •  Communicate clearly with crane operators using hand signals and/or radio •  Monitor for hazards and stop operations if unsafe conditions arise •  Ensure compliance with all site safety policies and OSHA regulations •  Assist with loading and unloading materials in the yard •  Perform general yard duties including staging, organizing, and securing materials •  Maintain clean and orderly work areas to support safe operations •  Support inbound and outbound shipment activities as needed •  Operate forklifts to move, stage, and load materials safely and efficiently •  Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs •  Follow all forklift safety procedures and operational guidelines Working for ResourceMFGIf you’re looking for a job in manufacturing, ResourceMFG specializes in you!
