Associates support various stages of the manufacturing process, including assembly, machine operation, material handling, and quality checks. Training is provided, and individuals who demonstrate strong performance may have opportunities to cross-train and advance within the facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Assembling components according to specifications
• Performing quality inspections and reporting defects
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following all company safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willingness to learn and adapt to production needs
• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
