Experienced Machine Operators Needed – Durham, NC

Our client in the Durham area is seeking Experienced Machine Operators for all shifts.

Available Shifts-18 an hour

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble materials and operate equipment safely and efficiently within established specifications.
• Measure and assemble materials, apply chemicals, and transport materials with accuracy and precision.
• Verify solutions, raw materials, and finished products meet quality specifications before use or release.
• Handle raw materials and finished products carefully to prevent damage and ensure proper processing.
• Operate machinery according to safety procedures and operational requirements.
• Monitor production processes and inspect products for quality compliance.
• Record production and process data accurately.
• Make appropriate decisions based on process data and production information.
• Communicate product, process, or quality concerns to supervisors and management promptly.

Additional Duties May Include

• Loading raw materials into mixers.
• Transferring kneaded material into pre-extruder equipment.
• Operating Loomis extrusion equipment to form honeycomb catalyst products.
• Supporting production operations as needed.
