Job Qualifications:• Entry level HR position with 0-2 years’ experience. Internship experience desired.• Must have excellent customer service skill and be able interact well with others.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask with excellent organizational skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver new associate and benefit presentations as required.• Requires some knowledge of human resources principles and practices (either through study and/or application).• Ability to detect and improve processes and procedures.• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize advanced features in Word, Excel, and on-line eligibility system required.• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
