Job Opening: Operator 2

A company in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking a Production Operator.

Shift: evenings Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm

Pay: $20.00/hr.

• Set up, operate, and adjust assigned production machines according to work instructions and specifications.
• Perform routine machine changeovers, calibrations, and basic mechanical adjustments.
• Trouble shoot, do set up and is good with numbers and math.
• Monitor machine performance, material flow, and product quality throughout each run.
• Maintain required production rates and minimize downtime.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, and basic blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools, gauges, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• PreferredExperience operating multiple machine types or automated systems.
• Basic computer skills (MES systems, machine interfaces, or production software).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
