Location: Plymouth, MN (On-Site) Pay: $22.50-$24.00/hour Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a hands-on, adaptable Operations Support Associate to support shipping, inventory, logistics, and facility operations. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, labeling, and shipping outbound products.
• Support inventory management and stocking activities.
• Provide cross-functional support in assembly, labeling, and production as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.
• Assist during peak workload periods and cover operational gaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, operations, inventory, or a related field.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support various departments.
