Warehouse Order Coordinator – Cottage Grove, MN

Pay: $20–$23/hr Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Location: Cottage Grove, Minnesota

Position Summary

The Warehouse Order Coordinator is responsible for processing customer orders, managing shipping transactions, performing cycle counts, monitoring inventory, ensuring routing guide compliance, preparing export documentation, and coordinating shipments under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Track, record, and analyze inventory transactions with a high level of accuracy.
Prepare customer orders, bills of lading, shipping labels, and packing slips using the ERP system.
Serve as the primary resource for ERP inventory and order-related transactions.
Update customer distribution portals with inventory and shipment information.
Process and coordinate orders according to customer requirements and company procedures.
Prioritize outbound shipments and communicate status updates to customers when needed.
Perform regular cycle counts and maintain 99% inventory accuracy.
Support warehouse operations and complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Hands-on ERP experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with customer distribution portals preferred.
Forklift certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Regular standing, walking, stooping, kneeling.
Ability to lift 10–40 lbs regularly, and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
