Job Opening: Stand Up Forklift

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in West Chester, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a stand-up reach truck or stand-up forklift in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment. This role is responsible for accurately moving, storing, and retrieving products while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous stand-up forklift experience required.
• Experience operating reach trucks preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and at elevated heights.
• Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
