Job Opening: Quality Lab Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Perform routine and specialized testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

·       Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment to ensure accurate results.

·       Document and analyze test results, report discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

·       Collaborate with production staff to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

·       Conduct inspections of materials and products at various stages of production.

·       Maintain organized and up-to-date records of test results and quality reports.

·       Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conforming products.

·       Ensure compliance with internal and external specifications and quality standards.

·       Follow all environmental, health and safety regulations while working in the lab.

·       Support the Quality Assurance team in audits and process improvement initiatives.
