Are you an experienced Industrial Painter who takes pride in producing high-quality work? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our fast-paced manufacturing team and help deliver top-quality flow-control and valve products.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare metal valve components for painting by cleaning surfaces, taping ID tags, and masking lever components.
• Apply industrial coatings, primers, epoxies, and urethanes using spray guns and airless painting equipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure complete coverage, identify bare spots, and apply required open/close labels and stickers.
• Maintain quality standards while working efficiently in a production-driven environment.

Must Have's:

• Experience with industrial painting, coating applications, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to use spray painting and airless coating equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude
