We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our growing electrical supply team. In this role, you will be the face of our branch, assisting contractors, electricians, and walk-in retail customers at our sales counter. Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting the right products for their specific applications and technical requirements.
• Revenue Generation: Upsell or cross-sell relevant products and accessories to increase overall branch sales.
• Inquiry Management: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle product returns professionally.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability.
• Merchandising: Maintain and update product displays while ensuring the counter area remains clean and organized.
