Job Description

Cymmetrik Technologies, located in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join the team as a Technician. This role supports production operations in a manufacturing environment, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Support team members and supervisors with daily operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime: May be required based on production needs

Job Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or technician experience preferred
• Ability to operate tools and basic machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as required
• Good attendance and reliability are essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
