Job Opening: Production Associate

Production Associate (Day & Night Shift Available)

Schedule & Pay:

• AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $15.50/hr |2-2-3 Schedule
• PM Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | $16.50/hr|2-2-3 Schedule

Job Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
• Lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Push/pull large containers and climb stairs as needed
• Must attend required training and follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble large boxes using proper materials and tape
• Line boxes with plastic liners per standard procedures
• Secure liners and apply lids when required
• Add ingredients to products when needed
• Operate basic production machinery
• Load cartons onto equipment
• Break down boxes and assist with material handling
• Dispose of rejected products properly
• Clean large containers using approved chemicals and water
• Maintain a clean work area (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
• Assist with sampling and product documentation

PPE & Workplace Requirements

• Steel-toe shoes required
• Ear protection, safety glasses, and bump caps required on the production floor

GMP Guidelines Include:

• Hair nets, beard nets, and company-issued gloves/knives required
• No jewelry of any kind
• No clothing with buttons, pockets, hoods, or glitter
• No food or beverages on the production floor
• No false eyelashes, artificial nails, or nail polish (including clear)
• Must maintain good personal hygiene at all times
